Traveling thru on vacation. Stayed...

Liked: Design of room. Large bathroom and shelving. Safe in room. Great lighting and many electrical sockets. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved the purple couch.

Superb

Liked: I liked the aesthetic overall. The staff were nice.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t very informative. I had to ask certain questions that I felt should’ve been explained when I checked in. The pool wasn’t accessible because of maintenance and my room smelled musty.

It was ok, but could’ve...

Liked: The location, the bar and most of the staff.
Disliked: I had one main gripe and it was with the facility. The sink in the bathroom NEVER drained on its own. I had to manually lift the stopper in the sink for the water to go down - it was a little gross. Also, it was hard to explain that to my guest.

Disappointed but it served the...

Liked: The location
Disliked: I love the brand Aloft, and stay at these properties when I can. Well I was very disappointed. The lobby normally has coffee and hot water no matter the time. I always arrive late and was looking forward to that convenience because I always have hot tea at night. I was told I have a coffee pot in the room and to use it. Also, the property looks run down now. Tired and not nearly as nice as what it used to be.
