This hotel was not traditional in any way. The room was very small, but every inch was utilized. No luxury, which is ok for us. We usually stay in Hilton properties, so that's our standard. The shower was nice, but one wall, one that was shared by the main area, was semi- frosted glass. For us, a married couple, it was fine. I'd be embarrassed though if I was sharing a room with a friend. Overall, we loved that we could walk to the coliseum and restaurants. It suited our needs.

Liked: The location was very close to the airport as well as to the convention center.Places to eat were close by, as well as, the mall. The room I stayed in was compact and clean.
Disliked: The reception area was small and not attractive.

Liked: Location and staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Staff or someone had used the bathroom prior to checking in and left their business tissue in toilet. Housekeeping can to clean right away, but still put a doubt in back of mind about cleanliness. Also, only had one hand towel in BR. Hated the way the shower water drifted into vanity area…made for a real mess that we had to clean up.

Disliked: Had to request remote for TV. Was not in the room. But they were quick and efficient getting a remote to me.
