Liked: The beds are the best part about the hotel. They are very comfortable.
Disliked: My biggest complaint is the fact that I was there 6 months ago, and an elevator was down. This left only one elevator for the entire hotel. Unfortunately, that was still the case this time. My MIL and I had to carry some insanely heavy items down stairs. It was not an easy task to say the least. The wait for the elevator was so terrible, that alone makes me not want to stay again. Additionally, the room was super dark. There is very little light in the room, and it felt extra humid. There was also no access to a meeting room for me.

Liked: Location perfect to Americasmart
Disliked: No separation from bathroom lighting. When it turns it on, it lights up the room not fun if others are sleeping. Also room needs more lighting in bed area very dark whdn trying to read and unpack.

Liked: Hotel was very quiet. The room was perfect for our visit. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see.
Disliked: WiFi was not the best. It was very weak so going online was difficult.

Liked: Is nice hotel, well maintenance and with excellent location, closer to atraction, friendly staff and give this rate for a lady at the front desk which are excellent.
Disliked: I don't like your unfair promotion of this hotel in booking. I book breakfast for 4 of us we are a family of 4. Booking confirm breakfast but the hotel said the package in just for two. And be aware is breakfast $15 dollars person, they have a menu if you past this amount which is very easy to do so, you have to pay the difference. ¿how I will leave half of a party without breakfast? So according to the hotel, thats the package, but booking doesn't mention breakfast for two. In another hand this hotel has Parking YES but is NOT free you need to pay and is very expensive!!! And when you walk in the same street you will find parking just across and sheap.

I will never stay at...

Liked: The Breatfast items available were very limited, plus comments made made us question how old the food was???
Disliked: One of the two elevators was broken, staff was very rude and unprofessional, only 3 ice machines for a 10 story building, the coffee provided was schorching hot, very cheap unattractive decore, room smelled very bad. Pool was very very small.

Superb

Liked: We loved the staff and the rooms. We are so grateful for the wonderful people.
Disliked: Some dates areas, but overall good.
