Liked: Not available when I had to leave for myflight
Disliked: bath room lighting didn't work and the phone didn't work. I left a message for a 4:00am wake up call and that didn't happen

Liked: Close to where we were heading. The price was amazing. The room was large and clean
Disliked: I took one star off because I found the bed too soft but that’s just a personal preference

Liked: Everything was excellent once we got all checked in.
Disliked: Only issue was when we arrived the hotel had no electricity but we didn't let it get us down as it returned by the time we arrived back from our concert .

Liked: Desk attendant with friendly.
Disliked: Room was cold when we entered - 61 degrees. Cold and rainy outside and we had been driving all day.After dinner when we returned to room on 5th floor we were told to go back down stairs and talk to desk. After waiting for another party with some complex needs we were giving new keys and told our room had been accidentally occupied for a brief time by another guest. Confusing and frustrating at the end of a long day. Music in lobby was loud and annoying. Check in desk located near doors and cold and rain came in each time they were open.

Liked: Staff friendly but kept disappearing from front desk into room behind without explaining why? Was very confusing. Need better communication with guests
