Excellent customer care and accommodations.

Liked: I truly appreciate the latecheck out accommodation. We were there for a funeral and was late returning due to the traffic at the cemetery. My granddaughter called to explain we wouldn't be back in time for the noon check .. The staff was extremely accommodating, kind and considerate. Thank you.

Liked: The room was clean and beds comfortable. We stayed only for 1 night before catching an early morning flight and the location was great. Across the street from the airport. We would stay here again if flying out of Buffalo.
