Loved the decor - it was upbeat as soon as you walk in the door! Greeted by outgoing staff, great music and funky designed spaces. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The mattress and sheets were so soft! Loved that the room had an AC control that actually let us make it as cool as we wished and black out shades so we could sleep in. Bliss spa prodcuts provided in the room was such an added bonus. We will definitely be staying at Aloft again in our future travels!

Will never stay at an...

Liked: No hot water
Disliked: No hot water. Front desk didn’t mention it when I checked in. I complained. They said it was fixed. No hot water for over 18 hours. I asked for a refund and they refused. I left the hotel and went elsewhere. Never again

Liked: Big rooms, clean
Disliked: They canceled my reservation although it has been pre paid, after an hour of explanation and proofs that I have paid the total amount (they even required bank statements for the “management”) they finally checked us in. No complementary service was offered for the inconvenience (breakfast or shuttle to the airport, moreover they didn’t agreed to have cash as a deposit (which was more convenient for me as a client). As a conclusion would not recommend to make advanced payment, the rooms are good though
