Loved the decor - it was upbeat as soon as you walk in the door! Greeted by outgoing staff, great music and funky designed spaces. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The mattress and sheets were so soft! Loved that the room had an AC control that actually let us make it as cool as we wished and black out shades so we could sleep in. Bliss spa prodcuts provided in the room was such an added bonus. We will definitely be staying at Aloft again in our future travels!

Very interesting decor; really comfortable king sized mattress; lobby/bar area awesome; great pod chairs!

Liked: Clean; comfy; great price; great complimentary coffee.
Disliked: Heat/air controls were a little off.

Acceptable, great location, clean and...

Liked: When there was free coffee in the morning it out as great. It depended a little on who was at the desk. Fitness space was als great. A little small but fortunately not so busy. Great location.
Disliked: The reception desk wasn't always as efficient as you might expect. You always got different answers to the same request. Things that were not possible were suddenly easily solved depending on who was working.We stayed 3 nights and only had hot showers 1 or 2 times. Supposedly that was due to maintenance but I think it was a regular problem.We had a room for 4 which was small or just big enough, depending on your needs.

The stay was fair.

Liked: Good location. Nice staff.
Disliked: Dingier than shown in the pictures. Many guests didn’t have hot water for several days. We were fortunate to have hot water but did not have a working tv.

Disliked: No hot water which staff was aware of but never said anything upon checking in. TV did not work.

It was fine

Liked: Location right in the heart of downtown Brooklyn
Disliked: Housekeeping services had to ask three times to have our bed changed after spilling some water on the bed was sent sheets 2xs and finally on the third time bed and room were cleaned

Nice, comfortable stay on short...

Liked: I had a very nice room with plenty of space. Also the bathroom was spacious and clean. On a few minutes walking from the hotel, you can find a subway. In 15-20 minutes you're in Manhattan.Staff was very friendly.I really enjoyed my stay here.
Disliked: It's a little pricy but prices in New York are generally high. The comfortable stay and location compensated that.
