Loved the decor - it was upbeat as soon as you walk in the door! Greeted by outgoing staff, great music and funky designed spaces. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The mattress and sheets were so soft! Loved that the room had an AC control that actually let us make it as cool as we wished and black out shades so we could sleep in. Bliss spa prodcuts provided in the room was such an added bonus. We will definitely be staying at Aloft again in our future travels!
Liked: Fantastic, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room!

Very interesting decor; really comfortable king sized mattress; lobby/bar area awesome; great pod chairs!
Liked: Clean; comfy; great price; great complimentary coffee.
Disliked: Heat/air controls were a little off.

Enjoyed this hotel!
Liked: The staff was excellent. The hostess Ashley was so pleasant. She took the time to help us with every concern that we had, she even came outside to assist with the parking situation. Cora she greets you with a smile everyday and she makes the best breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The rooms are clean and all the staff was nice. They even have a club on the top floor! I can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Bad experience. Hotel is not...
Liked: Location only.
Disliked: During check-in, we received a room on Level 23 (room 2308), but nobody from reception explained to us that there was a "Nightclub" - Rooftop bar just above us, which opens till 3-4am during the weekend. Unfortunately, we found that the last night before our early flight back home. Richard Gutierrez from the front desk was not able to find us a different room on the lower floors. He gave us an Operations Manager's email and advice about the possible refund for the last night. The email was sent the same night to their Operations Manager Arsalan Contractor, but haven't heard anything since 18th November 2018. We stayed for 5 nights - The carpet was never vacuumed all our stay. Bin not emptied. Mirrors above the sink were not wiped down. Very disappointing customer service on the front desk.

Liked: Location was convenient. I like that you get a five dollar gift certificate if you decide not to use their housekeeping services each day you're there if it's a multi-day stay. I appreciate the ecological aspect of that as well as the money.
Disliked: When I checked in at 10 PM, the drain in my sink would not open and could not be fixed at that hour. The TV didn't work. By the following night, they'd fixed both, but that was an annoyance.

It?s all about location location...
Liked: I loved the location. The hotel room was small but that?s nyc kinda expected that.
