Liked: The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't included and one of the vallets were rude when we left. The other staff were great.

Liked: Good location and clean rooms. Gym equipment was high quality.
Disliked: We booked to use the pool but it was out of order and we had to use the facilities across the road.

Liked: The location is good. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The on-site restaurant's Brazilian buffet is delicious. My kids love it.
Disliked: The only complain is that the light is the room is not comfortable. The lighting is too dark with the curtain down and too bright with curtain lifted.

Disappointing

Not as advertised. No corn...

Liked: They had a great 24-hour pantry where you could buy nice food and drinks if you get in late or have to leave super early. They also have fun billiard type games in a bar area.
Disliked: Be careful with the “free” $15 credit if anyone mentions it to you. I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the free Bonvoy loyalty program. So, I said yes. Then they said, “And you get $15 credit to spend at the restaurant or pantry.” The way I understood it, it was some kind of promotion to get people to sign up to Bonvoy. So I went to the bar and got dinner there. Then I saw there was a much bigger charge on my card than I expected with the $15 credit. When I checked out they said that to get the $15 credit they charge $15. Last time I checked, that’s not how credits work. That’s just money. I was really upset because I felt ripped off. I had no interest in the credit until the mentioned it as if it were part of the program.Also, the pool was closed for maintenance and the corn hole game that’s in the photos isn’t there either.I booked this place because of the pool and the corn hole only to be disappointed and ripped off by being charged $15 to get $15 “credit”. Luckily, the hotel right next door let us use their pool. My tip? Skip this hotel.

Good but needs work

Liked: Everything except the fact that there was no pool I was told to go across the street to another hotel for the pool got yelled at by there staff so no pool for me and my guest the experience of that was horrible, that and our room fridge didn't work properly
