Liked: The staff were awesome and very helpful. The games and pool offered plenty of ways to entertain the kids when we had some downtime.
Disliked: I didn't find the bed to be very comfortable and didn't love the sliding door to the bathroom.

Liked: We like the style and atmosphere of this property. It’s comfortable and the staff is friendly.
Disliked: One of the elevators wasn’t working - not a big deal, but made things a little slower. And of course, it’s pricey, but that’s Austin.
