Clerk was nice but stay was unpleasant.

Disliked: Sheets felt like there was sand in bed; shower was not hot at all.

Food was excellent, room and view were stellar. Temperature was perfect, clean and well set up room. Quiet and friendly staff. Parking fees almost free. Great location, perfect for a show at the Peel. Will be back but I'll imbibe elsewhere.

Liked: A refreshing change, staying in the room was part of a great trip not just a necessity.
Disliked: Bartender was a bit snooty, better be a hipster to get noticed.

I had an AMAZING weekend in Asheville and I absolutely loved my room. Very homey and modern. It's also very convenient and the staff was great!

Disliked: There was alot of construction and the bar area was totally closed. I would have chosen a different hotel if I was made aware of the construction. Also, parking was expensive and not convenient. You have to use a public parking garage with no entrance to the hotel.

Liked: Property location is awesome. Staff at the kitchen were very friendly. A/C great. Shower great. Beds great.
Disliked: Pool was closed. Didn't know that when I booked. Main reason I booked there. I booked a king room got a queen room with 2 beds. Was told Booking.com doesn't communicate with properties when booking rooms and since I used a 3rd party booking app that there was nothing they could do about it. No King rooms available. I can't figure out why hotels use Booking.com but then treat the customers that use their service like second rate customers.
