Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: TV did not work, but did not stay to watch TV.

Disliked: £15 for parking per night... extortionate

Excellent value and perfect for...

Liked: Perfect location for P&J Live, modern, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent shower!
Disliked: Only one small complaint, the scrambled eggs weren't the best, but the rest of breakfast was fine.

Overall this was an excellent...

Liked: The location was great with easy access from the Western Peripheral Route. The rooms are amazing; spotlessly clean and modern. Super comfy bed, blackout blinds and overall great facilities (Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV and handy desk for working at) and a brilliant combination rain & regular shower. Excellent room layout, very cleverly designed. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Can't wait to go back in the future! :)
Disliked: The only negative was that unfortunately I wasn't greeted by the friendliest or most welcoming reception staff at check-in, to be honest she looked like she couldn't be bothered being there, which was quite disappointing after a long drive to get there. The receptionist at check-out was the complete opposite; very friendly and extremely helpful. Small point but it's the first few minutes arriving at a new hotel which matters.

Liked: hotel location was perfect for us as we were trading at the P&J conference centrerooms were great, clean and comfortablebreakfast was good
Disliked: charging for parking was a disgraceI asked for adjoining rooms as we were travelling as a family the rooms could not of been further apartchoice for meals poor and really don't cater for allergies the 2 kids both have a dairy allergy

Disliked: The check in was so drawn out as my booking was made by someone else and they didn’t just charge the card they had to send another payment link to them for payment but took ages to send the link and then they had to put all the same information all over again so seemed pointless when they had all the details already ! Not a smooth service
