Liked: Bed and pillows were comfy and shower was great
Disliked: The check in was so drawn out as my booking was made by someone else and they didn’t just charge the card they had to send another payment link to them for payment but took ages to send the link and then they had to put all the same information all over again so seemed pointless when they had all the details already ! Not a smooth service

A modern spotless Hotel with...

Liked: Didn't have breakfast but the room spotless to a very high standard good sized TV. Bed comfortable and nice soft pillows shower area spotless and easy to use climate control.
Disliked: Once I got the hang of the lifts everything was fine.

Liked: The stylish look of the property , welcoming staff as myself and son checked in . Property is situated close to the event that we travelled for.
Disliked: There is nothing that we disliked.

Good for visiting the P&J...

Liked: It’s pretty new so feels fresh and clean in the communal areas. Breakfast was great and good quality, and all clean and hygienic. Room was nice although quite basic. We did arrive to 2 free cans of water in our room, but when I went to have one (it was open and half empty, so was left from previous occupant).The £15 per day car parking charge is ridiculous on top of the cost of the room for one night, particularly when the car park was nearly empty (but that’s probably why!). The hotel is too far out and not accessible in any other way really than taking a car so the car park should be free to guests.
