no sleep!

Liked: clean and tidy with a nice bar
Disliked: booked 2 rooms. one had a leak from the room above. the other backed onto the bar toilets and possibly a staff toilet. I’m thinking maybe a staff toilet with people using it all through the night. really poor. constant peeing into the bowl and then the cistern filling up. what seemed to be right by the bed head!!! must have been at least 10 times from 11am-6am.

Liked: friendly staff and clean room
Disliked: Appalling taxi service which ruined the experience. Booked a taxi through reception and advised that the recipient taxi firm has an answering system. Waited 45 mins and no taxi so drove myself to central Bristol and recovered the car the following morning. A hotel must have a reliable taxi service. It was rubbish. May not stay again as I cannot risk a taxi 'no show'.
