Liked: The highlight of my stay was definitely the incredible staff—welcoming, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make me feel at home. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the team that truly made the experience memorable
Disliked: The only downside was that someone in the neighboring room was smoking weed, which made my initial stay uncomfortable. However, the staff handled it quickly and professionally by moving me to a new room and even offering complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience. Their response really turned the situation around

Liked: Was a lovely hotel, the room had everything you needed and the staff where very friendly.There was also lots of things close to the hotel like supermarkets, restaurants, a country park (perfect for children)We would definitely come again
Disliked: You are very close to the motorway so can hear a lot of traffic but that is expected with the location

Disliked: breakfast was poor very dried and shriveled

Liked: All staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and you got everything you need in the room ie-- ironing board, iron ect.One very happy customer.

Liked: Friendly staff. Lovely accommodation. Very comfortable great night sleep comfortable beds. Great to visit Bath and Bristol. Great location
