Liked: very clean well done renovations. very nice rooms. have stayed multiple visits
Disliked: tub drained too slow when showeringjust needs a drain clean.

Liked: The Location as it was close to things we were doing
Disliked: Staff not friendly,stove did not work,no hot water , no closet and very small bathroom

Disappointing

Liked: The proximity to downtown was nice. Balcony would be a nice feature if it hadn't been hotter than Hades that day!
Disliked: Just a heads up, reviews mentioned breakfast but there wasn't any. This must have changed since reviews were written. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave.

Liked: Very clean - comfortable room, fridge in room - street noise very minimal at night.
Disliked: It was very warn and we tried to use the AC, but it was too noisy to have on to sleep.

Liked: Everything. I stay here when I go to Cranbrook. It’s a great place to stay.

Exceptional

Great Comfortable room

Liked: Great room with everything you need. Air conditioning, in room Internet, cable TV, big refrigerator, microwave, and nice bathroom. Bed was nice and soft.
Disliked: No instructions on how to use the AC. Bathroom door kept closing half way when try to clear the bathroom steam.
