Overall great with little exceptions

Liked: Space of room number, green zones, bed, furniture
Disliked: It was scratches and marks across floor, also bathtub had problem with water stopper so it wasn’t posible to fill with water

Nice but…..

Liked: Nice comfortable rooms and public areas. Parking is secure and underground but is charged.Good bath and shower. Staff are friendly, when they engage.Plenty of clothes storage and nice comfortable chairs for chilling.A pleasant straight forward 25 minute walk into the city centre or 12€ taxi.
Disliked: Firstly with a high end hotel such as this is it too much to ask that reception staff look up from their screen and engage when you walk through? A minor point but believe me, it makes a difference.Stayed here before and was led to believe that facilities such as bar and food not being available during the majority of the day was because it had been late in the season. It is not. Nothing is available after breakfast until evening. Not a cold drink or coffee at all and certainly no snacks or lunch. One receptionist took pity and did a bar stint to get us a cold drink only because there was a colleague to cover. This is one of the better hotels in Pamplona for goodness sake and some form of catering is expected.

Liked: Bartender at night was awesome. Evelyn at front desk was good.
Disliked: NO AC and room was boiling. Reported problem with no response from anyone.

Relaxing and comfortable.

Liked: The rooms are amazing. Large and comfortable. The beds and sheets were just the best. I had the best sleep of my Holiday in Eurostars Pamplona.
Disliked: The SPA should be included in the price. It seemed unnecessary to charge extra for 1 hour in the small pool and 2 swimming pools.
