Thank you for a wonderful...

Liked: The property is very centrally located, rooms has all the amenities that are needed for a nice and comfortable stay.
Disliked: The staff is fantastic: friendly, eager to help, knowledgeable. The concierge team is excellent: extremely resourceful and helpful.

Terrible , rude , money...

Liked: The one staff member walked in the room to drop off food whilst I was showering , the receptionist was rude and put the phone down on me and they double charged me for the room and made me more than what I was originally quoted . I’m still waiting for my supposed refund for the first amount that left my account . I do not like this situation and process of payment
