Liked: The only thing we liked was that we were in city center.
Disliked: The first night we were up all night sweating. The air conditioner was not working. We had already been up over 24 hours traveling and we were exhausted and still could not fall asleep as it was too hot.In the morning I went to the front desk and told them the a/c was not working and we changed rooms later in the day. Which was also a total inconvenience. The new room was a little better as far as the temperature but we were still hot. That night we came back to the room and they put a fan in the room and that helped. But we had to listen to a fan running. The manager gave me a 75 euro discount - he should have taken the first night completely off our bill.Breakfast was very disappointing. We have been to 70 countries and have never had such a disappointing breakfast.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Yes, it is right in city center but do yourself a favor find another hotel in city center.

Wonderful location in Innere Stadt

Liked: Excellent location in Vienna's Innere Stadt. The front desk people were very friendly and informative. The room was very clean.
