Disliked: We are family of three but only one chair in the room, also they don't provide face towel.

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful! Easy access to the parking and easy to come and go during after hours.
Disliked: Some more chairs in the room. Since the room was right near the elevators I could constantly hear them going really loud and it would keep me awake at night.
