Disliked: no plates,pans,utensilsran out of paper towels and tpno grab bars inthe showersafe brokepool broke day one and room not ready at check inno ice on the floors had to get it from the front deskvending machine broke

Fort Myers area is beautiful...

Liked: Large room (s). Great pool and hot tub.
Disliked: WiFi was patchy, furniture and fittings very tired. No conventional oven, just microwave and hob.

Really enjoyed our stay

Liked: We has a suite that had just been refurbished so it was beautiful and fresh enjoyed everything
Disliked: The corridors could be upgraded but I believe they are doing this the staff were very helpful and our suite was lovely
