Really bad place

Liked: Nothing at all bedsheets had a bad smell on them.
Disliked: Staff are lazy requested something and didn’t get an answer the whole night.

The cost of the hotel...

Liked: I liked that it had a poop and a gym. Also drive up hotel rooms was a nice feature.
Disliked: Our rooms smelt terribly like cigarette, there was still hair in the tub from the previous user. It felt like they do not clean their hotel rooms properly just a quick sweep. I called front desk to send something for the smell of cigarette they showed up at my door a few minutes later with a glade aerosol spray. Typically hotels will leave soap/shampoo and of course it’s never a standard size but this was incredibly small. Very cheap

Disliked: Very rundown. Rooms not clean. Needs serious overhaul. Would highly NOT recommend!!! Definitely not a family hotel.

Liked: I never stayed at the hotel. I tried to cancel because we found out the pool was closed. No one returned our calls at either allure or booking.com We were charged for the stay but never did stay because the pool was closed and that was part of the reason we picked this hotel
