Basic room with comfortable bed

Liked: Basic room, comfortable bed. As expected for the price.
Disliked: Very basic accommodation, not staffed.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There were no actual staff. I had to ring a call centre to get assistance either my room key and the staff on the phone were overseas. What if there was an emergency at the hotel. No staff in Australia to help. That’s very poor.

Won't stay there again.

Disliked: It was dirty and the bed side lamp was hanging out of the socket and blew the lights!!

Room was comfortable enough

Liked: Room is spacious and clean. Good location
Disliked: The PIN number for our room did not work everytime we returned to our room (3times) which meant us having to make a phone call for them to reset our code was so frustrating after been out all day n coming back n having to wait outside our room for 10-15mins because of been put on hold.
