Disliked: Door handle on the inside fell off, shower door was moldy and didn’t seal properly so the floor was always wet, bathroom door had no handle and couldn’t close fully without it feeling like it was gonna fall off the runners, barely any pressure in the shower and temperature kept changing, aircon had warning signs on it and had out of date milk in the fridge.

The motel offered decent value...

Liked: We stayed at this motel for a weekend getaway, and honestly, the location couldn’t have been better. It’s right in the heart of everything—whether we wanted to explore the city or head to a quieter neighborhood, we were just steps away from a bus stop and a light rail station. Getting around was a breeze!The room itself was clean and comfortable—nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful with transit tips, and check-in was quick and easy.If you're looking for a budget-friendly spot with unbeatable access to public transportation, this place is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely stay again next time we're in town!
Disliked: The area around the motel grew quite dark as the sun dipped below the horizon around 5:30 p.m.

Disliked: I booked 5 rooms for myself and my family to stay over the Easter long weekend. Room 7 was very dirty, weird looking brown sticky marks up the walls, shower drained clogged with so much hair that the water wouldn’t go down it (my uncle cleaned it out because water was going everywhere on the bathroom floor). This is obviously been an ongoing issue as you can see all the water damage to the wooden basin, it’s barely holding together. Cleaners did come and clean these issues the following day. All the drinking glasses in every room were filthy. Some teaspoons with coffee on them still. Walls were filthy with foot and hands marks all over them. The window ledges had a thick layer of dust and sticky substances (split drinks I assume) all over them. My sister’s room (room 17) smelt like mildew, my friends room (11) smelt like weed. Our room (12) had a sock over the smoke alarm and food from previous guests still in the fridge. My friends didn’t even stay both nights in their room, they went home because they were so uncomfortable. The front door keypad kept playing up. I had to continuously call someone to come downstairs and let us in.I guess this hotel is just for party-goers for a place to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you actually wanted to spend time in the room!
