Disappointing stay.

Liked: The location was good. It was close to the city centre, restaurants, light rail etc
Disliked: There were several issues with the room: the shower glass leaked under the door and made a puddle in the bathroom. It was also a rainy day and rain leaked through the bathroom wall creating another slip hazard. The bathroom blind was broken so we couldn't close it, meaning we had to shower and toilet without the light on, due to potential neighbouring building occupants. Finally, the volume button on the remote was broken and there was no bin in the room, aside from a bin bag. I mentioned all of these issues to the hotel and they promised to return a response shortly, but never got back to me. The stay was not good value for money and quite disappointing.

Liked: The 24 hour support line was unattended (although someone did call me back at 11pm that night)The Room smelt of cigarette smoke, body odor and urineThe internet feed was poor to non existent There were a group of 6 people whom were partying and smoking ICE and partaking in other illicit drugs and alcohol My complaints were addressed in a casual manor Even the delivery guy complained about the place and how horrible the company was
