Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Room was filthy, used bandaid left in the shower, used cutlery left on the bench, food left in the fridge, doesn’t look like the floor had been cleaned at all. Overall just disgusting & should have listened to the ratings but lesson learnt

Disliked: Room smelt like wet dog. Room was dirty. Dirty coffee cup, blood on bed sheets, filthy kitchen.

Disliked: There were some cockroaches and carpet was so dirty and blanket had a blood stain. Kitchen had a ba smell because garbages did not throw out.

Disliked: The room was disgusting with a very bad cigarette smell which made me feel quite ill. I had to check out early on Friday morning and book alternative accommodation. I am waiting for a refund for the 2 nights as discussed with your representative. Please advise when this refund will be forthcoming.
