Great place to stay

Liked: Great location comfy bed easy check in and great communication.
Disliked: The whole place feels confusing lots of steps stairs n levels to get to room

Liked: Thr aircon.
Disliked: Everything else,Coach infested room, shower covered is previous guests hair, hair in the bed sheets, my pee has a more powerful stream in the shower, luke warm shower no need to touch the cold water tap. Shower rod rusted. Was easier and more hygienic to shower at the gym.I should of just pitched a tent in a friend's back yard. They should be paying me to stay here.

No reception on site, not...

Disliked: I arrived at around 1.30 to find there was no reception at the hotel. I am not tech savvy and stressed not knowing what to to do to get room I booked. I called the hotel phone and was put through to someone who advised me that I would receive an SMS at 2pm with the details. I waited at the hotel for the 2pm SMS which didn't come by 2.09pm so I called again.I had requested a room away from stairs but was given a room directly in front of stairs 3 floors up. No lift to carry my heavy suitcase. My room was next to a busy, noisy roadway so it was impossible to sleep. This old hotel was rated as a 4☆ on Booking.com, which surprised me. I had a friend stay with me and as I had expected a true 4☆ experience, I felt awful putting her through this as well.

Disappointing
