Disliked: Drug addicts 2 doors down running up and down hallways and yelling and screaming in the early hours of the morning. Did not sleep.

Noisy neighbours. Professional Caretaker

Liked: Professional caretaker resolved excessive noise complaint at 4am in the morning. Police and ambulance attended property, and noise situation settled down. Caretaker was also protective of a drugged young lady who was vulnerable to a predatory man. Impressive staff intervention to a dramatic escalation of events in the early hours of the morning. My rating would have been much lower if it wasn't for the caring intervention of Caretaker. Well done!
Disliked: Sleepless night due to excessive drug fuelled noises, including screaming, thumping, and loud cat-like hissing noises coming from two different neighbouring units on my floor. Thankfully, the Caretaker took action and intervened, with police and ambulance attending property. Even though it was all quiet again by 6am, I was not able to fall asleep again.

I had a good night...

Liked: Close to airports and buses. Venting machine and restaurant.
Disliked: There was no microwave, no elevator, shower wasn’t clean or basin!
