Overall, good comfortable stay in...

Liked: Location and secure parking were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant.
Disliked: Got bumped from twin room booked to a double. Staff could be a bit friendlier.

Liked: The Hotel was in a perfect location. Close to the station and only about 5 minutes walk to the park which was also close to the lake.

Enjoyable stay. Within easy walking...

Liked: Room very nice. Was able to park the car earlier than check in time and visit Annecy. Good spacious place in car park onsite.
Disliked: No extractor fan in bathroom. No vanity area/mirror ideally lit to put makeup on in bedroom area. There was a desk though.

Liked: We decided to upgrade to the family room which was bigger and better located
Disliked: The original Privilege room was right by the lift which we didnt like
