Liked: The sheets and linen looked clean but for the reasons outlined, we decided not to stay.
Disliked: There was no staff member to greet us and a fellow guest told us which room we were in and that the key was in the door. The room smelt of pets and tobacco. The fridge was unplugged and the power sockets were grubby. The bath plug hole was full of black hair. The belongings outside other units suggested longer term family occupation. As there was no staff member to whom we could express our concerns, we decided not to stay. The photographs speak for themselves. I contacted the property yesterday but have received no response which is the reason I am posting this review.

Liked: Clean room, mostly.
Disliked: Clean room but there was hair in the sink. Noisy at night.Some person banging on door at 9am

Beautiful property with an awesome...

Liked: Great location, very helpful and friendly owner.
Disliked: Shower was not very hot (personal opinion).

Great value!

Liked: Great size room. The price is excellent. Close to Mt. St. Louis for skiing.

Exceptional

One winter's night stay in...

Liked: Breakfast here wasn't an option so we drove down the 400 to the Tim Horton's which is more than fine. The hotel is right off of the 400 and was easily accessible.
Disliked: The room was fine. Having a wee variety of cereal or toast in the morning would have been great as this hotel is in a fairly remote area with not a lot of options for food...except the Tim's down the road.
