First time issue ever

Liked: It is always clean and the location is the absolute best!!
Disliked: For the first time even after a phone call about our dogs we got charged $50 which is not a problem, but then we also got downgraded to a smaller room with 2 full size beds. Our original was the king suite with a hideaway couch. So 2 over 250lb adults were trying to sleep on a full size bed. To say I didn't sleep is an understatement. We were there for a celebration of life so I was already sad. Then when we went to leave the lady told my husband we owed $50 more. Unfortunately, This will be the last time we stay.

Disliked: The bathroom door handle was broken and I couldn't get the in room coffee maker to work. The lobby coffee was good.
