Disliked: They need an ice hotel in the hotel and should tell the chambermaids when people have a late checkout so they are not knocking on your door. And an extra roll of toilet paper is always great.

Liked: Location it was perfect for the wedding I had to attend. The facilities were a bit dated and worn faucets loose the room smelled of cigarette smoke, but the air conditioner almost took care of that.Staff was super kind, friendly helpful, and resourceful. Made me feel very welcome.
Disliked: As I said, was beginning to look a bit rundown, the blind, which is higher, nobody could reach with split and torn, but it was a large space so you certainly can’t complain if you have two TVs and two toilets to yourself

Disliked: Room wasn't very clean. A number of black hairs in the bathroom.Coffee sugar cream... had to go to the desk to get some.

Liked: After a variety of deficiencies rectified,,all was much better.
Disliked: The attitude of desk clerk was very unprofessional, the manager is well aware of situation, financial compensation awarded.
