Liked: I like that it is close to Parkway and Dollywood. We had a suite which had the beds in a separate room. I liked that you weren't sitting on beds to watch TV because it had a love seat and chair. I liked how the staff was all friendly. We didn't arrive until after 8:30 pm, and the gentleman at the counter offered for my grandson to swim until 9:30 even though the pool closed at 9 pm.
Disliked: I didn't like that in the bathroom you could see where they must have had moisture before, so it looked like they painted over mold.
