Disliked: Room didn’t feel clean, there were hairs in the shower.

Unsure if we would stay...

Disliked: The games room has not changed in the last few years. A lot of items have missing parts & it is dirty. It would be great to have the area freshened up. The staff in the restaurant need to be friendlier & more attentive. We got dinner 1 night, our buzzer did not go off to collect the meal, as a result when we went to check on its status it was sat under the lights but very cold & not really edible. During our breakfast we had to ask for a table to be cleared/cleaned, for milk and for other cereals. I feel like these request were not welcomed by the staff. Both of our tap handles came off in the shower, when asked to be fixed, this was actioned quickly.

Liked: Beds were good. Air conditioning working and the restaurant was serviceable
Disliked: Extra fees for everything. Prices charged were constantly over what was advertised with shrugs when asked about it. Cabins are falling apart. Everything dated and crumbling.
