Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff service. Very friendly and helpful.Easy to find with directions supplied.Approx 15-20 mins walk from the main tourist area of Florence but a very pleasant walk with plenty bars/restaurants very close by.Great breakfast but could be served a little earlier as I had an early checkout and only managed to grab a banana from the table before leaving.
Disliked: Breakfast servings times could be earlier..

Liked: Quaint and clean. Very friendly staff (Silvia is so sweet and helpful). Location was great.

Great location to explore Florence

Liked: This is a super cute Hotel which is managed by lovely people. The highlight is the location. So close to many great sightseeing spots in the city. Special thanks to Silvia for advices and talks.
Disliked: Personally, I cannot complain about anything. To be honest, I expected less and was surprised.

Good place to discover Florence.

Liked: Good and quiet room with all you need in a location that is close enough to the center.
Disliked: There unfortunately was a problem with the AC but a good alternative was already in place when we arrived.

Liked: Everything is so nice! The location, the interior, breakfast is very delicious and you have different options available. The host is such a nice and warm person, recommend 10/10.
