Great location, nice staff, easy...

Liked: Didn't have the breakfast, but had a lovely room opening out onto the patio so we could sit out there at any time. Smaller rooms but totally acceptable. Great location on shopping street and close to town.

Great location, nice place but...

Liked: The location was great, easily walkable to sights and a metro station literally outside the door. The staff were helpful.
Disliked: Ridiculously small room, too much furniture for the space, no where to put for luggage.

We would gladly stay here...

Liked: The location was excellent, very close to the main square and shopping streets. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had to check in quite late, but everything went smoothly without any issues. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the square, which we really enjoyed.
Disliked: The only downside was that the duvets were a bit too thick for the summer season. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Stayed one night in Lyonand...

Liked: Quiet, central location with restaurants and shops nearby and close to vieux Lyon as well.

Liked: The breakfast was great, staff very helpful, good location
Disliked: Shower, the whole room got wet, no doors on shower. The basin tap had a spray on it so you got sprayed every time you turned tap on. There was no fridge I the room.

Liked: Very convenient for Perrache. Good choice of breakfast. Nice terrace.
Disliked: A/C had been set to max so room took a while to warm up! Lighting in room not great.

Disliked: I cannot understand why this is considered a 4-star hotel.There was no shower cabin or curtain in the bathroom, so everything got wet. I couldn't enter without getting soaked.In addition, there was no fridge in the room, and to make matters worse, the room looked nothing like the one shown on Booking.com, which I had specifically chosen.At most, this should be rated as a 1- or 2-star hotel.Needless to say, the price charged for the room was excessive.
