Looking to rebook.

Liked: Beautiful location right on the beach. I would like to go back in August to enjoy the water. It looks like you could go out 100 yards and only be waist deep. Plenty of seating and the area was cleaned and groomed daily.
Disliked: For me, Restaurants and shops were not walkable. Hopefully they have a kayak rental in the summer.

Liked: Beautiful property and room right on the beach. Comfortable bed and pretty bathroom with a great shower and a deep soaker tub
Disliked: First words at check in…I was just about to call you to tell you to park at a different hotel up the road. The other hotel is probably 1/2 mile up the road. I’m paying $185 for the night and I have to park off site because they are having a derby party at the restaurant? Why the people coming to the derby party get to park on site while hotel guests are told to park 1/2 mile away?? Then the derby party took up the whole rooftop restaurant for the entire dinner service. One of the reasons I booked here was for the rooftop beach view restaurant which had vegetarian options and I wasn’t able to go to the restaurant at all.

Overpriced. Won’t return.

Disliked: Fire pit not functional. Spotty housekeeping. No drawer or shelf space to unpack.

Liked: . This is a relatively new INN, front desk mentioned they had only been open for less than 4 months. It is has boutique vibes that I just loved and hope it doesn’t lose its charm. Rooftop is gorgeous and we will definitely be back after it re-opens in April.
Disliked: Our room shared a main door with another room. We had to walk into one door, and then there were 2 doors to 2 different rooms. I think because of this, it’s throwing off the air pressure? When you opened up the balcony door the whole room n sounded like you were in a pressurized cabin with a window open .
