Very good

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and accommodating - happy to answer questions and help with small requests. The room was very clean, tidy and well stocked with tea/coffee etc.

Liked: Good location with plenty of parking nearby. Rooms looked recently renovated with good facilities.
Disliked: Nothing to really dislike. If I was being picky I would say the bathroom was a bit small but I was in a single room.

Liked: Winston and Raya were outstanding. Great customer service, and you could tell they took great pride in their work.
Disliked: We were on the first floor, and I was kept awake all night with the people above, making noises. I know this isn't the hotels fault, but I was unable to sleep at all.
