OK as a pit-stop for...

Liked: Great location, clean and comfortable beds, TV streaming services.
Disliked: The property is tired and dated, bathroom has no ventilation and poor drainage in bath when showering.Expensive for what it is.

nice, traditional hotel

Liked: Excellent location, just a few meters from the town. The breakfast is very good. Everything is OK. Staff was very very friendly.
Disliked: The room was pretty small and not modern. Few power plugs, small bathtub.

Pleasant staff and good location.

Liked: We had an overnight stay in Fort William and this was all that was needed. The hotel and rooms are dated but accommodated our requirements. The hotel was situated within walking distance of the railway station and town centre. The room was comfortable but the shower was cold when we arrived. The breakfast room was very, very hot which made it slightly unpleasant but there was a good variety of food available.
Disliked: Cold shower and a very hot restaurant to have breakfast in.

Book elsewhere, unless you don't...

Liked: This is an extremely old property and failing. Exterior dirty, broken windows in a room wrapped with plastic, busted chair at back of property where parking was, weeds growing up along building. Entrance has some severe water damage. Cigarettes put in the corner stone of the building instead of an ash can. Peeling paint on exterior. Interior musty smelling. Interior water damage on ceiling in dining area. Halls creepy uneven floors and no lift or elevator. Not sure how others have rated this property a 3 or above. It was pricey for the condition and services and property overall condition. I am in the travel industry and would not recommend this property. The only positive was the meal --dinner we had there was good

Overpriced for a very tired...

Liked: Large bed in large room.
Disliked: Tired and run down hotel. Overcrowded with coach groups. Breakfast was crowded with empty trays and waits for cups and bowls.
