Lovely stay in a lovely...

Liked: Excellent staff, especially James in the Bistro and young waiting-on staff. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Food in bistro was excellent and very good breakfast. Excellent location to amenities.
Disliked: Hotel a bit tired, could do with an update and noise from other bedrooms quite noticeable.

Liked: Position was excellent .. very clean staff excellent and food was good
Disliked: This is a 3 star charging 4star prices…. Money needs to be spent …. There are signs of dampness and paper peeling around the windows .. the bathroom has seen better days and needs to be replaced …. The overall decor needs to be thought thru …. Brown is not a colour today

Liked: I love fortwilliam we were up for the world cup .staff in the hotel very helpful the beds were very comfortable. But the rooms need some TLC .
Disliked: The rooms need some TLC in the bathroom telephone socket in the bathroom. Hard get temp in the shower and shower van not working and tiles and fittings very old

Disliked: Shower wasn’t very warm on arrival but rectified in the morning
