Liked: Good location, early check in
Disliked: Loud creaky floors. Radiator hissing all night. Noisy location. Room really warm all night despite radiator being turned off.

Liked: Excellent help and support from the hotel employess, I felt like at home.

Perfect for what we needed

Liked: Great location to stop whilst hiking Ben Nevis. Close to centre of town (for eating and shopping) & supermarket
Disliked: The hotel is looking tired and need of some TLC

Pleasent stay with very good...

Liked: Very good location. Faciliyt is old but well maintained. Very clean. We did not have breakfast there. The bar that is connected to the hotel had live music on the night we were there. It was excellent.
Disliked: Facility seems old and could use some fresh touch. Other than that all was OK.

Convenient for the end of...

Liked: It was very conveniently placed. The staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room was quite tired looking and in need of an update
