Disappointing stay in our 'treat'...

Liked: Great room with outdoor space and a great bathroom. Coffee making facilities a treat.
Disliked: Bed too soft for both partner and myself. Room fridge broken. No action taken from staff when advised of broken fridge. We had to follow up the following morning to get fridge replaced. Key cards only activated for 1 night but we had 2 night stay. Limited TV channels.
