A super immaculate hotel with...

Liked: We stay here every time we visit our son and it's always an enjoyable experience. Immaculate hotel, very helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely rooms with comfortable beds. We wouldn't stay any where else.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: Manager went all out to correct and make up for small inconveniences. Above and beyond including a parting gift, by way of apology. This wasn't asked for, expected or necessary but a good touch and showed the sincerity of the administration in wanting us to have the best break possible
Disliked: Things not working in the first place. But these were worked through

Beautiful grounds and great service

Liked: The hotel is in beautiful grounds. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Despite its location on a busy road, our room was extremely quiet and comfortable.

Disliked: Only problem was the shower head fitting was damaged, but still managed to shower ok, I reported it to Desk Staff so they can repair it. But the overall visit was excellent
