Put it this way ....

Liked: General ambiance and decor
Disliked: Food was average and yet priced at the top end The room was noisy which spoilt the experience after quite a poor meal

Liked: Spa and seating outside
Disliked: Two separate beds out together in a king room - disappointing

looks like a castle, isnt...

Liked: staff is very friendly, that makes it OK, but still overpriced
Disliked: this is (good) 4 star hotel, it s worn out, the spa is outdated, a lot of loose tiles...

Beautiful Place

Liked: The outside area was fantastic, we stayed with my Dog who was welcomed in the bar area and outside areas .we had to have a garden suite which was excellent and we would stay again .
Disliked: service charge on our food and drinks which was a little steep on a £700 bill the service charges where over £100 pound .Have no problem in leaving a tip but don't think this is fair .That would be my only negative as fab place but dont be to greedy we had already spent £500 a night for 2 suites

High end but over priced....

Liked: Not to large, easy to get around. Classic.The staff were all friendly.
Disliked: Showing signs of wear, bedroom doors, window sills. Facilities in rooms were excellent though.The spa staff were not as friendly as the hotel staff. Spa was also showing signs of being tired.
