The boutique 5-star Alexander House and Utopia Spa is just 6 miles from Gatwick and close to M25 junction 6 and M23 junction 10. It offers luxurious rooms award-winning spa facilities free Wi-Fi free parking and a choice of restaurants and bars. Set in a country house surrounded by 120 acres of parkland rooms at Alexander House feature large beds and marble bathrooms many with Victorian baths double showers or oversize baths for 2. Rooms also include designer toiletries bathrobes and slippers. Guests can relax in The Utopia Spa subject to a surcharge which features plunge pools a yoga studio and a wide range of beauty treatments. There is also a gym fitness suite and tennis courts. The AG's 3-Rosette restaurant offers fine dining Thursday through to Sunday while the Reflections Restaurant which is open all week overlooks the courtyard and has its own champagne bar. There are terraces for al fresco dining and various luxurious lounges.

Liked: Location nice, room comfortable
Disliked: The fact you had to pay extra to use the pool, I would of thought that paying out over £500 it would of included the pool. Didn't think it lived up to a 5 star rating

Delightful stay. Choose your meal...

Liked: The spa was a real highlight
Disliked: The food in the restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming. When I pay £55 for a small ribeye steak, I expect it to be tender, not tough. The burger I had the next day was pretty good though

Liked: There were many problems with our room.Broken window which had to be propped open with a door stop .Cracked sink. Mould in the shower.Dust fan also dust above bed and on walls.And to top it all a broken socket all reported and shown pictures to the asst manager who promised to email us today still waiting.Also quality of food poor.After reading reviews it appears that the hotel does not respond to emails I would not rate this a luxury Five star hotel .We were told that the cost of the room for Two nights would be reviewed this morning this never happened.£270 pounds a night is expensive when entailing all these problems that is room only without breakfast!
