Some what disappointed!!

Disliked: I was very disappointed with having to put the utensils, pots, pans, and cutlery through the dishwasher before I would use them. The kitchen floor was sticky, and a spillage was left on the top of the dishwasher, which I also cleaned up. Black Mould on curtains. The carpets have not been cleaned properly. The staining on the light blue lounge stands out at night under lights. It's really off-putting. This was my second stay. I wouldn't book again. It was very substandard.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Unit in need of an update. Spa bath had stained outlets, I would not have dared to use! Mould in shower & on plastic surfaces. Unit was surfaced cleaned before we had access, leaving lots of dust around the headboard, bedside tables lights & inside the wardrobe where the water cylinder & expired fire extinguisher was. TV in bedroom area dusty & cupboards didn’t close. Had to wash plates & cutlery before could use, with the tiniest piece of jay cloth & greenie supplied that I’ve ever seen!!! Only supplied 1 tea towel/ 1 hand towel/1 thin bath mat & two bath towels. No face cloths. Lift didn’t work on a couple of occasions.

The place to Stay

Liked: The location and views were excellent. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed or wanted.The pool was good and spa was warm and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and nice.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Very limited supply of tea bags etc and no dish washing liquid.

Great area Alex Seaside Resort...

Liked: Location and great starting point to anywhere.
Disliked: Clothes dryer was broken, TV was a piece of junk and their amenities were not good at all.
