Liked: The property was cleaned and was as on booking...
Disliked: The fact that there is no family room to accommodate the 5 people that we were. We have to be separated. The receptionist was at least able to get us 2 rooms closed to each other.

Disliked: Horrible, dishonest business. They advertise that they have a pool. That was the only reason I booked this hotel - so my son could swim. Upon arrival they tilt me that my son couldn’t use the pool (adults only). They refused to let us cancel and we only wanted a hotel with a pool. I ended up having to pay in full but we didn’t even stay there! (We went to a hotel with a pool)They should not be allowed to advertise that they have a pool if guests are not allowed to use this pool!!

Liked: Location is great, close to train station! Room is a bit small but consider the location, it’s normal. The room is clean, the cleaning team did a great job!Reception is helpful even we check in late.Bonus: Lovely balcony
