Overall it was good. Clean...

Liked: Facilities are good for a quick one night stay. The train station is across the street which is the reason we stayed there.
Disliked: Did not feel comfortable walking in the area at night but there were people coming & going because of the train station.

Liked: The property was ok but looks far better online than when you visit
Disliked: Was far to expensive for what was offered Location was ok and close to metro so good for concert

Over all pleased

Liked: The reception staff were always helpful and friendly.
Disliked: My room was very far away from reception and I had to change floor level twice, stairs down firstly and lift up secondly.

Great location

Liked: Lovely staff - the young man that checked us in was fantastic- he had visited NZ which meant we had great chats
Disliked: I think the only disappointment was the charge for guests to use the swimming pool I obviously missed this when I made the booking

Convenient, cool, comfortable and enjoyable

Liked: Very convenient location, really clean, cool décor, very comfortable bed, the room was quiet and very dark at night time- perfect for sleeping. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing! I would definitely recommend
