Disliked: Room smelled, AC was very loud and parking lot was trashed.

Not a good experience!!!

Liked: The staff was incredibly unfriendly. They couldn't smile or make eye contact. The shuttle left me waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. I could have walked to the hotel in less time. They didn't say sorry, but told me the person went on break and forgot to send the shuttle.When I called back an hour later she said they would come right away, but the shuttle driver said it was his time for a 30 minute break and that is why it took an extra 45 minutes. I was exhausted by the time I got to the hotel and then the front desk staff was very unfriendly. If you can stay anywhere else I would highly recommend doing so.
Disliked: The breakfast was just ok, but the food service ladies were nice.

Disliked: Curtains could use blackout because of 16 hours of daylight

Disliked: The hotel smelled awful and our room wreaked of urine and the sheets were stained and gross. This was the most expensive and crappy experience we’ve had.

Disliked: It stunk really bad and felt very run down.
