Not our favorite B&B

Liked: Location to what we wanted to do in Williamsburg. Comfortable beds & rooms kept nice & cool.
Disliked: Only 1 breakfast time & it wasn’t until 8:30. No coffee/tea station - just coffee with breakfast. Bathroom needs work - plaster peeling/mold around shower rod & tub didn’t drain well.

Very nice place and nice...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing and the host was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: It was a little warm in our room the first night but we opened a window and that helped. Everything else was fine!

We loved our stay in...

Liked: Tom and Sue were so nice, accommodating and kind to us. Breakfast was superb and the room was very comfortable for 4 people. The house felt homey and we were happy to be staying walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg.
Disliked: There is nothing I would change. The food was great. The room was great. The space was very comfortable.

Great location, wonderful accommodations and...

Liked: The property was comfortable, with colonial decor, and the host and hostess were cordial and informative as to area events. The Great room was a wonderful place to relax and visit, or browse many informative books and other publications. The breakfast was delicious. Tom was a great cook and enjoyed visiting during the meal; all the while being very informative regarding Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
