Liked: The staff were all very kind and helpful. Not a bad location relative to the rest of the city
Disliked: There was some major event in the city that weekend, so prices were higher than expected.

Great option near Tulane.

Liked: Loved the staff--super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Location was a bit isolated from commerce--an industrial vibe--but two blocks away were plenty of options. Would be nice if there were snacks available on site.

We certainly recommend Alder Hotel...

Liked: Having a free parking place was very comforting. There was no breakfast but coffee and tea was served at the lobby, and there are nice places to eat nearby, at five minute walking . The internet was super. We went to the center by bus once, but the second day found parking at the center, 20$ for nine hours ( not the one which was 75$ for I don't know how much time!!!) which was enough time to enjoy the beautiful downtown streets on foot.
