Liked: Great service, great location
Disliked: Room layout is weird. Furniture looks old. Things need to be serviced.

Superb

Liked: I like the spacious suite and that it has two toilets. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The location is near the lake so I enjoyed the walk around the city and explored Zürich differently this time.
Disliked: The building is old but very clean however some pieces of furnitures need to be replaced. The A/C didn’t work well in my suite and they offered me a fan.

Comfortable stay

Liked: We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is great—just a short walk to a nearby park and supermarket, and it’s also conveniently close to a fuel station, which is helpful if you’re renting a car. The hotel offers private parking, though there is an additional charge for it.The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special highlight was that they kindly upgraded one of our suites, which was a lovely gesture and really made us happy. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Spoil yourself in luxury

Liked: We liked the size of the rooms and the attentiveness of the staff. It was clean and safe. Very posh hotel and we felt very spoiled staying there.
Disliked: The only thing negative would be there wasn't a lot of wall outlets to plug in my phone.
