Liked: Such a wonderful, great staff, especially Kaltrina. She is so kind, patient and helpful. And she gave us a surprise for my child. The breakfast is perfect. We had a fantastic time!We will choose the hotel next time. And we all hope to see Kaltrina's smile.

Liked: Great staff, especially Denis and Kaltrina. It was my wife’s birthday, and they brought flowers, arranged a cake, and even upgraded our room to a suite for free. In short, they are amazing. We had a fantastic time!

Disliked: Room Air Conditioner did not work; limited staffing, as on occasions staff were busy with other guests, so delays in speaking with them occurred and inconvenienced our time.

Liked: The staff was excellent, very friendly. The room was very big and spacious and the restaurant area for the breakfast buffet/a la cart was excellent as well. The hotel itself is city center but not in the middle of the noise. Very quiet and easy to walk everywhere.
