Alcron Hotel Prague

A modern and elegant hotel...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and excellent service. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the city center and the famous Astronomical Clock. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the parking service was well-organized.

Disliked: The rooms are not sound proofI can hear the neighbors and toom above me

We had a great stay!

Liked: We had very pleasant stay at Almanac X Alcron. Hotel and the room was very beautiful. Nice gym and great Sauna. Also the breakfast had very wide selection to pick from and was delicious. Over all we really enjoyed our stay. The marble work in the hotel is very nice and gives the hotel cool look.
Disliked: The rooms are not soundproofed, so especially in the mornings you can hear all the doors opening and closing, but you will get used to it :)

The air conditioner was too...

Disliked: The air conditioner was too hot I didn't sleep well came for vacation and rest but what happened is so bad for me There are no wall insulators between the rooms and you hear the noise everywhere and there is no ventilation in the bathroom and there is dust everywhere its can not be 5 stars hotel ! Their services are not classified as a 5 stars hotel and i found spider in my room :/

Exceptional experience

Liked: Everything. We have got an upgrade - the room on the last floor with the castle view. The experience in this hotel was far better than we expected

Relaxing and comfortable

Liked: It’s close to the center, comfortable, luxurious and relaxing.Also, the staff was really nice.The parking is underground and it is spacious.
Disliked: One thing I did not like, the window in my room was not closing and it let in a lot of noise, but maybe this is the problem.
