Liked: The security was great—they buzz you in and out, and there are cameras everywhere. Front desk clerk was super friendly, and the cleaning staff was excellent. The place had cookware, toaster, microwave, 4 burner stove, coffee maker, a blender which was handy, and it’s close to Parque Metropolitano for walks. They have nice hot water and consistent water pressure.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the hotel was the Wi-Fi—it kept cutting in and out. The couch and recliner weren’t very comfortable. The TV was fine, but the cable had limited channels, with many blocked and mostly local ones available. On the bright side, the TV had apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube, though you have to sign in to use them. The bathroom had a slight drain smell, which, based on other hotels I’ve stayed at in Mexico, seems to be common. Thankfully, there was a cover to help block the smell.
