The only thing we liked...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Didn’t like how the lighting in the room was very dim the light bulbs need to be replaced, there was no utensils to cook with eg- egg flip, dessert spoons, dish rack. The cleaning staff never changed the sheets they just pulled them over. The beds weren’t set properly, toilet rail was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly you had to flush at least 3 times, shower head was broken and shower door. I’d give the cleanliness a rate of 4.

Disliked: The reception staff member calling me to inform me of cut off time to register.I had just buried my twin brother]The sign in was intrusive.Being asked to produce my license ID when I was paying for my daughter&son in law who had just flown in from Phoenix Arizona USA.The room was smelly and curtains were torn.Now I'm waiting for my refund.I canceled my booking.Yet they charged me for one night.Which I disagree with.Now I'm waiting for a Refund for 4 nitesUnbelievable Certainly will never book there.And on the lookout for any other motels that have similar service.Very disappointed.

Disliked: Pillows were a bit too soft but ok with 3

Liked: Room was equipped with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly. Good location. Quiet.
Disliked: Used bottles of water in the fridge, toilet looked unclean.
