Liked: Room was clean and tidy. Good facilities in the room. You need to clear the bins when people stat longer than a night and replenish the coffee etc. But overall a great place to stay
Disliked: Bathroom floor can be very slippery after a shower. Seems to have a coating left after it has been cleaned. Could be quite dangerous especially for elderly clients.

Bed Bugs in the bed...

Disliked: The worst accommodation that I have stayed in. There were bed bugs in the bed (which I have photos of) and when I spoke to the manager regarding this they finally moved us to another room where I found hair from the previous occupier in the shower recess and broken fixtures. When I asked about a refund for the nights that we stayed in the room with bed bugs, they said to contact Booking.com and they will refund via them. When I returned home I contacted Booking.com who contacted the manager of the accommodation who told Booking.com that they will not refund us for those nights like they promised.

Disliked: I didn't have a bath towel.. had to dry myself off with a hand towel.. was probably just overlooked.. but still frustrating
