Very friendly staff; the room was fabulous; had a wonderful time!

Liked: Good location; easy access in spite of road construction.

Liked: Good Location and comfortable beds.
Disliked: The place was under construction and the lobby was blocked off . When we walked in to the desk area, we weren't even sure the hotel was opened because it looked so bad. The pool was closed and we were asked to keep out curtains closed in case there were workers outside. For how bad the place looked, I was surprised the room rate wasn't discounted. They did offer to cancel our reservation but after driving across the county we were too tired to get back in the car which is on us. Not what you expect when you book a Marriot. I would have booked somewhere else if I knew about the construction.

Under remodel, room not clean...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and modern room design was nice. Room was spcious
Disliked: A/c was leaking all over floor. Used bar of soap was in our shower upon arrival. No blankets in room for sofa bed. Hotel under enormous remodel so lol facilities were not available and was basically a dusty shell.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and new. The staff was as helpful as they could be.
Disliked: Renovations happening. If I would have known that they were doing renovations we would not have stayed. We paid a lot for no television signal, poor internet, and no pool. Our room was newly renovated but the plugs didn't work throughout the room. We usually live to stay at this location, just not this time. Very disappointing.

They double charges and trying...

Disliked: The property is u see major construction and amenities are not available but they still charge things like parking. I was bit told about parking charges but they charged the credit card I used specifically for incidentals.

Liked: The updated rooms were very nice. Staff was very welcoming when I arrived.
Disliked: We did have an incident and we had to keep being the ones to see what was the next step or get information. Oh and the pool was closed… so sad

Disliked: Wasn’t notified about renovations until we got there. We moved to different room and both tvs were not working. Maintenance was no help with fixing the tvs, floor under table was not vacuumed when we came. Hair in drains, sink water foggy. Let staff know and they said next time it will be better.
